QA/QC POLICY

Comfortline shall commit and ensure Quality of its products, Health & Safety of its Employees, Clients, Visitors and the community at large and protect the physical environment in which the activities are carried out.

The Management and Staff shall

  • Ensure that our product meet the needs and expectations of our clients in terms of quality.
  • Ensure the availability of human resources who are capable of meeting the challenges and who fully accepting the responsibilities.
  • Take action to achieve the targets and continually improve the system.
  • Ensuring the safety and welfare of our staff and the protection of our assets.
  • Comply with all relevant Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety legal laws and other requirements.
  • Identify the hazards in production facility, assess risks manage those risks.
  • Periodically review the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the (QHSE) management system.
  • Make every effort to protect the environment and prevent pollution, to minimize consumption of materials, to promote reuse and recycling of wastes and adopt best practice on waste management.
  • Prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill-health.
  • Ensure that the company's QHSE policy is well communicated to all quarters concerned.
